Great workout Hafthor. I know your pec-tear worries you. Don’t let it. Your pec is in better shape NOW after surgery. Your pec was probably damaged for years while competing. Your competition bench just finished the tear. Your pec NOW is like new thanks to the surgery. Please stop worrying about it. Your pec will NEVER tear from any pressing over head. You’re not isolating the pec with overhead pressing. I didn’t see you use salts once while overhead pressing. Don’t allow fear of a future pec tear stop you from giving 100%. This is your career. This is how you support your family. You are Hafthor - The Greatest Strongman Ever! Trust in God to help you win every competition you compete in. Don’t fear something that will almost 100% NEVER HAPPEN.

You do know that would be a Miracle followed by Devine Intervention if he did win. Noone can win so shortly after a pec tear. Normally a peck tear would mean the end of the career for someone at that level. And the way he has trained, it is a miracle that he hasn't tore it clean off again. He shouldn't have trained at all for the first year. Correction. He shouldn't have trained strongman at all for the first year after the operation. But then again, Hafthor has shown again and again, that he is a freak of nature. If anyone could do it, it would be him.

9:21 I think it's of paramount importance to train with Manhood Stones which has the 'exact same diameter and girth' as the Stones at SMOE, Hafthor. Believe the upcoming 220 is already in the bag looking at how easily you did the 231 which was 1 inch fatter if I'm not mistaken. So the 240 is your next immediate challenge I guess. Really looking forward to see it. Then, towards nearing of the comp, getting the 260 will be a big confidence booster and if you manage to get it somewhat comfortably, you got the 272.5 in the bag in my opinion. Having said that, if the prep goes extremely well and if you reach a level where you can load the 280 before the comp, I guess that will be a massive confidence booster going to the comp, ensuring the 272.5. Anyways, let's go step by step as usual. Can't wait to see you comfortably do the 220 and then do the 240 which will be a well earned PR! Koma Svo Hafthor!

Thor also has a massive help on the event sequence. Though Tom is hard to beat at stones he has never loaded anything as heavy as they will go after doing stuff like a raw deadlift, let alone a couple of those events. It becomes a game changuer.
