Love the layout and the price. Great balcony, more like a terrace. My Thai wife wouldn't think twice about hopping through the window to the washer... lol.

Morning Jonny wow that is the condo I rented for a few weeks in 2011 while looking for a Villa, very quiet there, the baht bus comes regularly past there for short trip to town, about 10 minute walk to Big C. About 20 minutes into town. Thanks mate take care

This is why I go to Hua Hin Best place in Thailand your not in the village watching the bam boo growing and your not getting the fumes from Bangkok . Pattaya is o.k for a few days but the hassle and noise is to much…jonnys channel gives it all if your looking for a classy lady Hua Hin is the place. Enjoyed the vlog and a BIG thank you Jonny.

I'm afraid we will not find these prices for these types of rentals once the quarantine is over. The first unit showed is absolutely perfect for me. If the hillside shown outside the bedroom window was terraced, the view would be amazing. Thanks for this showing this unit.

$600AUD/Mth - bargain . My daughter rents a two bed. unit in Brisbane for $450/Wk . it is not much bigger than a Motel room and un-furnished .

M8 ,I live in Prachuap,but that is a great price ,12g rental .We have the same track record.I am originally from Hamilton NZ.Went over to Melbourne with a band and never left.Until 4 years ago...Thailand of course.Anyway dude great channel...your a scream ,laconic sense of humour,*****

As a previous real estate investor in the uk, I am really enjoying these. The first rental is very appealing but I would only take a beachfront condo with sea view. No point flying to the other side of the world to live if I can’t have that. Obviously the price would be more, but it would be worth it. Keep them coming 👍

I’m 44 and retired in Asia, you can still do it as long as you will find steady income online. Manu opportunities are available to you just make your choice

@@Glass088 Late reply but my thought is minimum 1,500 bucks a month residual would be a safe bet. Not bad compared to the states and western Europe.

Bathtubs are rare these days. That said though they may not be as rare as I thought though in Thailand since they like their tubs of rain water for drinking and washing.

That is a great deal compared to 1 br, 33 sqm rooms I've seen reviews for in Bangkok. Also, none of the units have a clothes dryer.

In my experience you don't need one. Hang it out under cover and dry in 2-4 hours.

Mark, pre 'Wuhan' the market was heading for a correction as it's over-supplied. Post 'Wuhan', I think it's headed for a massive correction. Just been looking at a condo building in Bangkok, Krong Thonburi: 336 units and 172 for rent! That's a lot of mortgages potentially under stress. Also, Thailand has lousy demographics. And if travel restrictions are to be the norm, what's the point of buying a holiday home? There's going to be bargains but you need to be very cautious.

How easy/difficult is it to get Grab Taxi in/around Hua Hin? I'm curious would you really need to buy a car to live there? Or is Grab convenient there?

I thought Pattaya was nice. Hua Hin is amazing. There is alot of night life here. And alot cheaper than Pattaya. That is a huge ! bedroom apt. I do not understand the washing machine and the cubby hole.

Dude, come on. Please just walk into one of the master bedrooms and say to the real estate agent "So, this is where the magic happens?".
