That first one is great. Small space but perfectly designed and laid out. A proper sitting room with sofa, and a bedroom that feels separate. A great find for an amazing price.

That first apartment is really great for someone on a budget. I could easily live there, perhaps until I determined how far my money would go in Chiang Mai. But I think the third one is my favorite and likely still within my budget. Miss Bang was so helpful, funny and absolutely adorable. Thanks to both of you for this great video.

I would definitely pick the third place. It’s not close. The amenities are worth it. Washer in room. TV is actually big enough to watch. Mall in walking distance even in the rain. Can swim laps in pool. Decent price. I like it.

The Last one is the one is my favorite one I love it and I enjoyed Miss bang and you to and I love that huge swimming pool we don't have that here in America like that

One thing that would be very helpful would be to outline the electricity rates for all units, as you did for the last one. I will definitely be coming to see you guys first when I arrive in a few months. Cheers from Australia

I like the view and open windows in the second condo but the last one was the best cause I really enjoy the pool and fitness center. Does it also have a sauna as well? Plus it’s close to the mall or market as well. I definitely will be give paeng a chance to find me a place to stay once I get to Chiang Mai. She is a very sweet & bubbly young lady.

I like the second condo.

I thought the large pool in the last condo was very enticing but overall the second last condo was the best in my opinion, by the way why get an internet package if you can have it cheaply in your phone and then just hotspot from your phone to your computer, that's what I do.

Sorry, being lazy. Were the last two both 10k per month? I am struggling to choose between one+ and D condo! I think that I preferred the layout of one + but D condo is a really nice looking complex. 👌 😊 Sorry, too much looking into Miss paeng's eyes! 😅

You are doing a great job even if you have a good pension it’s ok to spend 5000 about £120 per month the other £1000 to spend but being near shops and markets is good. But being around tourist places isn’t good for some people I think Jed yod is a better place to stay

I must admit, I do not think we have any condos with fans only in Chiang Mai. there are possibly some very cheap apartments for 2-3000 baht a month to rent. But we do not deal with them.

Is the last condo walkable to cafes, restaurants or would you need transportation?

Hi there, there are cafes and central festival which has everything within walking distance. But to be honest I would say it is best to have your own transport or be ready to use grab.
