the pork belly reminds me of cantonese style roasted pork belly!! wonder how they differ in taste as ive never tried the thai style of it cantonese roasted pork is usually dipped in either hoisin sauce, or even sugar if you like

I'm salivating!!!!! The pork belly, the little red chilies, the curries, all looked incredible and delicious, just jaw dropping!!!!

what I like about Mark, is his positive approach to everything he puts in his mouth! sometimes you can see him thinking about it, but he is always going to say something good.

Please tell me if he really eats all of this food or are there other people behind the scenes to help eat it? I couldn’t do this ever. lol

He really eats it. If he saves some for his wife and child, you’d know if they were with him. Not on this day though, it seems. You usually hear the child’s voice and catch a glimpse of them, at least a reflection of them sometimes.

I seriously wonder how many languages Mark knows because it seems no matter where he's at or what country... he manages to speak their languages at least enough to communicate for the sake of food. Then again FOOD is the one "language" that is universal.
