I love how he checked for his car keys AFTER he closed the trunk with the charcoal in it! 😂🤦🏽♂️
Excellent information Jonny. Nice looking homes and amazing pricing. Great seeing Ian again also. Thank you Jonny. All the best. Mitch 🙏🏼
Most electric shower units, if not all, are designed to house the electric cables inside the unit even if the back of the unit is flat! They have specific entry points. Get him to refit it properly and this time READ the installation instructions first!!

Electric shower units Bill in Asia are very low watt, not like 8-10kw like Europe, they use 1.5 or 2 5mm cable
The Old Boy, Ian is correct. 1,600,000 baht purchase price / 3500 baht per month rent => 457 months / 12 => 38 years. You would be a mug to buy unless there was hyper inflation on the rent in the coming years. I doubt if Ian will be "around for another 30 years" if he uses that shower!

The formula is 180. 180 month/rent => Purchase price. In good locations maybe 240 month/rent. And this is europe metrics where the house is not falling abort and value 0 or even negative after 25 years.

Great, Jonny. That's a huge bag of Charcoal. Ian's looking great as are the Ladies. I loved the sound of your disco flip flops as you walked to the houses just being built. I was having a wee boogie!
Thanks Jonny and Ian for another quality video, brilliant value rental makes up for the grief he had with his pension.Hope that charcoal will be put to good use and hope Ian gets that wiring sorted immediately. Take care😷
Its nice hearing about Ian.
Love your friendship with Ian, Jonny. Thank you for giving the old man friendship.
That is a great location. It is close but just outside of the city. Looks very peaceful and getting developed quickly. It is also close to the beach and to the train station if you like to take the train. Great information and great job Ian. Maybe Ian should have his own KZread channel someone.
Legend buddy, love your style and approach....i will certainly be following you...
Ian's got a great place. Good job on the move. Brilliant living room, huge TV, nice sofas and big beer fridge close at hand! Can I book the spare room for November please?

Ian's place looks good. My only concern is the shower with the wires out. Hope he has a solution for that. Gotta visit Thailand 🇹🇭 when this crap is over. Take care Jonny 🍻
Ian house looks great and reasonable price as well . They are building as well is it a buyer market at the moment? . Nice vlog as always stay safe hope all is well with everyone.
Thank you Johnny. Good info. Water heater's wiring doesn't look safe!
that's great on the charcoal......I remember not so long ago paying 5 baht a little bag, now it's 20 baht (in Chiang mai).....might have to try and find a similar wholesaler here in CM. Ian's place is top value, imo, and after watching a few vid's of yours, he also seems like a bloody good bloke

These sales / rentals are really nice for the price. I'm moving to Hua Hin as soon as travel restrictions are lifted. Would you recommend staying in central Hau Hin till I get a scooter or car. Then move? I'll have Jira show me places too.

Those hot water systems in Ian’s shower are dangerous he needs to get them back and sort the wiring. I stayed in a hotel in Lamai a few years ago went to shower, turned on the water and got a huge whack of electric, couldn’t even turn off the water. Thai lad came and turned off the power I moved to another room. Good vlog Johnny take care

Hua Hin seems to be the best place for us to live. As soon as this pandemic is over we will visit again. Please keep these videos coming because they are very helpful to us.
