This is SO nice and my only suggestion would be to build a wall to shield the half bath from the living room. Just about two or three feet wide and for me personally it would be floor to ceiling bookshelves.

Charming design. I agree with the comment suggesting building a bookcase wall to divide and shield. Another suggestion …..either move dishwasher to left side of sink to prevent congestion with oven or use dishwasher drawers instead of the single door model. I had the tiniest kitchen imaginable while living in NZ, entertained constantly and it saved the day ! Plus dishes were absolutely spotless and you could operate one drawer when there weren’t masses of dishes. LOVE THE KITCHEN!🥰 great job!

I would need s garage.

Another perfect home! My favorite part is the very last where we get to see the whole layout from above. I always pause and do a mini walk though.

This is a very nicely appointed home! I particularly like your use of blues in the common areas and bathrooms. Having two master suites feels very luxurious and slightly naughty.

Nearly perfect! The only change I would make is to lose the portion of the porch behind the dining room and create a home office/craft room in that space - but that’s just me!

The home is absolutely beautiful . One thing I would change though . The green tile in the kitchen . Don't get me wrong or anything . The tile is beautiful but the color doesn't go with anything . It seems out of place . Needs a different color . One that will go with the kitchen and living room . That's just my opinion .

Amé está casa, es un profecto PRRFECTO, para quien tiene el dinero para llevarla a cabo...tienes dinensiones espaciosas en sus habitaciones, sala, comedor-cocina, baños comodo, y sus coredores que dan luz y aire a toda la estancia interna. En mi caso, pobre 😂 podria imaginar vivir allí sola, y redecorar el cuarto más pequeño como un area de oficina o labores, pues tocar otro lugar para crear esta es quirarle luz al comedor u otra area... PERFECTA LOS FELICITO POR TAN HERMOSA CASA...

36x36 is 1296 sq. feet. It’s not that small - larger than our first home and we raised two kids.

Still not saying the price. I play guitar better then that also.
