I like the fact that you didn't put a formal dining room in a small rustic house. This is beautiful. I love all the outdoor spaces.

It doesn't need a formal dining room, but it really should have a table. Mealtimes are when there should be conversation, and that's difficult when you aren't facing each other.

I am sure you are correct in some family settings but in mine, all our conversations go on in the sitting room. There are just 2 of us so not having a table wouldn't be a problem. I guess it's a case of what suits each individual family. @@Bobrogers99

@@andysuber941 I agree that it depends on the family, and just two can converse while sitting at a counter. The house has two double bedrooms, potentially four people, and dinnertime is a traditional time for them to discuss things, and sitting at a table makes it easier. As it happens, I live alone, but if I have friends for dinner I'd prefer we sit at a table.

Absolutely lovely!!! Only changes I would make is the shower door to slide open or open closer to the vanity side instead of the window side, and have a taller, one sink vanity with drawers and cabinets for storage. Everything else is sooooooo perfect❤❤❤

Nice home. I'd definitely screen in that side porch. Confusing to have two entrances from outsiders into the home. Add in a half bath in that home too.

I though about the half bath, but I didn't see a good place to insert one. When you have more than one bedroom, it helps to have at least another powder room.

@@TheDragonA64 If the plan extended the laundry room so that its wall was contiguous with the bedroom wall, there would be room for laundry, a pantry AND a half bath!

Nice house, but I would eliminate the door to the right side of the fireplace, as it really isn’t necessary, & no wood paneling in the bathroom! 😅

Неплохой проект ,не совсем правильно спроектирована дверь в душевую кабину,при открывании будет мешать ванна. А так же необходимо сделать навес над крыльцом ,выходящим из постирочной.

Everything is great; need an en-suite for the master bedroom, otherwise, it’s perfect
