Perfect…for me!!! Rocking chair, porch swing, round table for eating and 2 bedrooms with 2 baths! I absolutely love ❤️ it!

Very well done. My only revision would be to swap the kitchen hanging shelf for a shallow pantry cabinet. It would be half the depth of the kitchen cabinets for space to walk.

I would change the shower in the second bath with the tub in the master bath. A door of some kind needs to hide the whole laundry area. Very cute tho 😍

This tiny house is nicely done, it works for me, a retired man in his 70's. I would use the small bedroom next to the laundry and having the bathroom with just a shower, the larger one would be a good guest room.

This house has potential, but there are some details that need attention. The living area is snug, and a chair partially blocks the entry. The kitchen could have a real window over the sink and still have some full-height cabinets. There's space for a tall pantry cabinet at the end of the counters. The laundry area could include more storage, though it should have the second exterior door required by most building codes. These are all problems that could be remedied.

The structure over the gate into the yard is cute but is it legal? It obviously overhangs the public sidewalk. I’m sure ai wouldn’t put good money into that. I like galley kitchens. I’ve never had to live with one but I like having what little I do have close to hand when I want to make a quick dinner. This is a pretty compact home for three beds. I like it. Just enough porch, living room is expansive enough for a three bed home. Handsome roofline.

Way to small. Looks like a doll house , Maybe it would work for a single person. Not s place for a big family get togeather . The living room area and kitchen could be a little bit bigger.
