Watching all the VWs as well as other brands and several motorcycles make runs was inspiring. Every driver and team came with high hopes. Many achieved their goals. A couple came up short but it seemed like everyone had a great time facing the challenges. Speaking of challenges, I'm sorry that I missed several cars and drivers but you all know how long the day gets and you were likely running when I was elsewhere taking pictures. The Utah Salt Flats Racing Association (USFRA) deserves a huge thanks from everyone that attended the event for all their efforts to bring together such a huge event. From planning to race course prep they worked their magic and with cooperative weather many many runs were made and records were set.
