Clarence you're a real inspiration and I have no shame in saying that my goals are to have a similar physique to you. What I like most about this video is that you have no belt, I bought one a few months back and it made lifting much easier but I got a sports hernia. 8 weeks later I tried again and the injury has come back when using the belt for squatting or deadlifting whereas I'm fine without it. I'm going to ditch it going forward but it's great to see that heavy weights can be lifted well without them. Particularly in the deadlift.

how many people lift weights for competition ? do you? i do it only for fun, to feel great and look good. Not to lift more than the next guy. There is always someone stronger. And what does it even mean , someone can lift more in one excercise, some other dude can lift more in another. Or one can do more reps at lower weight and another can do fewer reps but can do more weight. Who's to say who's stronger?

@@Tom-vu1wr Every olympian is on gear but not when they are a few weeks out from the event moron. It's Olympics and the drug testing is as stringent as it gets. It's not Tom and Dick's local gym lifting show for KZread. Who is stopping Clarence from competing? He will make way more money and fame than he is making right now with such a short stint at the Olympics. And, if you are anyway ok about being on a ton of gear then there are guys who can lift 1000 lbs.
