Very nice house. The only thing I would change is the dining table in the kitchen looks very crowded. Would rather have a separate alcove for that.

While I would install a wood burning stove (probably where the TV is), I find this floor plan very nice and I could be very happy living here. Thank you.

Intriguing design, and well presented in a park-like setting (which, I'm sure, takes a lot of time to create!). As always, thanks for including the vertical view of each floor; without this, it can be hard to fully appreciate the design.

I agree about the table in the middle of the kitchen appliance triangle. An island with seating would seem less crowded than constantly bumping into a table. Maybe cos islands are taller making it feel like a natural place to work as opposed to huntching over a lower surface.

The side door has a place and bench for coats and footwear, but it's not the main entry for the house. Family might enter that way but not guests. The laundry/bathroom area should be reorganized to give each their own access.

There's no place to put your outdoor gear when entering. If the closet next to the fridge is for that purpose it's too far away. Main floor bathroom/laundry is too crammed together. Flip around so laundry has it own entry. Giving bathroom to connect to bedroom.

There's a coat area by the backdoor (minute 4.09) - considered a mudroom in the description. It's a win over the last design.
