Opening the door to a beautiful hallway is gorgeous.

I like when my porch and front door are forward to welcome my guests with the garage receded. I would like a bit bigger kitchen, perhaps shrink the dining room. Also have the second bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and add a half bath for general use. I love the staging of this home. Thanks for the design.

Your designs are exquisite. I’ve seen so many designs but I always come back to yours 🎉. My favorite are the magnificent house , the stunning 3 bedroom house with two car ports and then this. The only thing I would add to the first one nd the this one is to add a third bedroom. Otherwise great job as always 👏🏾

This is my favorite house plan that I’ve seen in years. I’m 38(M) and my parents are (64,65) And my little sister are looking into moving in to the same structure again. I phrase it that way because we want our own spaces almost 3 Apartments connected. This house is almost perfect for us with some slight modifications. My little sister would have the master suite, we would enclose the outdoor dinning room and modify the master screen porch to form a great room with a sun room. My parents would have their own bedrooms and a private bath that would be a little more handicap friendly. My parents would have the kitchen dinning and living room in their portion of the house My portion would be in the basement. One of the two bedrooms on main floor would give up some space for stairs to the basement to be add next to the hallway. Basements hopefully would have a walk out family room with a mini bar fireplace etc. there would be the mechanical room, a finished storage room, a large bedroom and a bathroom similar to the master bath. It’s fun to dream, I’m guessing it would be $4-500,000 when all said and done

I love all your designs. My preferente is houses with no garage because it absorbed great part of the facades design an it did not reserves. However it does not mean that this is a beautiful one. Thank you for sharing!!

I understand your thoughts on the garage. Yet, as for my household it's a necessity. I have 2 mechanics in my family. That garage is their master suite. Now I just need to give them a door to the bathroom to keep them from tracking anything into the house. 😆 🤣 😮

The doorway and front of the house is perfect. It’s wonderful it includes a two car garage. I have an issue with the back of the house. I’m a light sleeper and having a washer or dryer just outside the master bedroom wouldn’t work for me. I think incorporating the pantry with the laundry room would be better for me. The space outside the master bedroom would be better used for additional storage. For me that would probably be bookshelves.😊 Lovely job.❤

love the reception and kitchen areas - though the kitchen could do with a breakfast nook?? But the utility just in a hallway area and not separate?? not keen! I do like the overall design and look though.

I love your designs but I would like to see a nice cottage with the garage on the side of the instead in front, so that when you approach the home you don't see that big garage in front, I would rather have windows in front.

Very nice! I'd just take out the tub in the master bath and put in a nice walk-in shower. It's a super layout and looks cozy.
