3300 sq ft is a big house to be all on one floor........expensive build. Foundation and roofing especially.

I love the layout of the house and all the porches. I hate the grey cabinets and everything else grey. I have always hated grey in houses, but it will date this house as I’ve heard grey is going out.

I absolutely adore these homes. They are beautiful and have really brought attention to every detail when choosing the gorgeous decor.

It's a very nice house. One thing i notice is that there seems to be a lack of linen closets in the bathrooms. Maybe take the tub out of the master bath and put in a large shower with a linen closet next to it. Otherwise it's really really nice.

Love this house and the layout, only one thing made me nervous, too many entrances into the house, otherwise it is beautifully designed,

I love the large windows that let in enough sunlight and the front porch that is extended and nicely decorated with sitting arrangements. How much would it cost for this design plus contsruction cost? I believe it can be a good preference for a small family, home owners that desire simplicity and efficient for cost sensitive builders.

How do you put these designs and renderings together? Is there a home design software you use that generates these? Or is it all 3D animation.

This is what house design should be; comfortable, great layout, spacious kitchen w/lots of storage, a small foyer so one isn’t just stepping right into the house proper, and a wonderful master suite befitting this design and not skimping on the space for the home owner. And the porches are great as well.
