300 pushups a day for 30 days

300 PUSH UPS A DAY FOR 30 DAYS
Hey folks I just made this little video to show how you can get pretty nice results from a pretty a simple exercise such as push ups.
I started doing sets of 20, and doing them throughout the day to make it easier, making sure by the end of the day i had completed 300. By the third week I was doing sets of 50 and hit a PB of 89.5 so close to 100 in a row but i'm still not quite there yet. Anyways I will get that 100! hope you like the video :-)

    I'm on my 7th day of 200 a day and I'm done by 7a.m. So I'm thinking of switching to 300 now. Nice work

    Wow so your waist line shrank 3.5 inches and you got lean over the 30 days just by doing pushups ? Usually I see the 200 pushups for 30 days challenge. That``s great. What type of food did you stick to ?

    did you do 300 push-ups in a row or all at once, or did u do them through out the day?
