I'm so in the middle of menopause I haven't had sleep in 5+ years. I know you are too young yet to deal with those issues but since you are so knowledgeable perhaps you can open a new section within the sweet pea chef that can help people like me. I've started to lose my hair and it's called scarring alopecia there's no cure. I've been to so many doctors Ruling things out and so far through blood test not showing a have actual inflammation issues that I guess would cause a disease but I'm convinced Has something to do with inflammation and the doctors just say its menopause. I'm just trying to find any self natural cures. I'm gonna try your Anti-inflammatory diet and hope it helps. I am so hopelessly addicted to sugar... And exhausted!
Super tips! Thanks for sharing!

*Meal prep containers* I advise buying 20 of same size. Nothing worse trying to match up or stack containers.

@ASweetPeaChef thank you so much for these awesome tips. By the way, if you do not mind, what all did you have in your berries, nut and fruit bowl? It looks very satisfying.
I am so glad that I found your video's, they are so very informative and helpful. You are so likeable and easy to watch, and you know what you are talking about. Thank you thank you!
Thanks so much for all the tips, Lacey! I'm so glad that you're emphasizing clean eating, because it's really important to our overall health and especially for keeping inflammation in check, which prevents diseases and other forms of ill health. There are a lot of people promoting keto junk food. Those products may be scratching an itch that people have for getting quick fixes, but I believe they can be damaging, in the end. One tip that I would like to add (per your message, above) is to go for colorful produce, because of their antioxidant content, and particularly to choose fruits and veggies that are rich in anthocyanins (in purple, blue, black, and some red fruits and veg). Anthocyanins have been shown to help with weight loss and ameliorating symptoms of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Your arms look amazing, BTW, and I'm feeling inspired to go do my HIIT routine with arm weights. :D
I am really enjoying your videos

I would like to know what Protein powder do you use or suggest. I have a hard time digesting protein powders so I use ones that are predigested. Right now I have a plant based one, but it has been discontinued. What should you look for in a protein powder besides cost per serving :) Thank you. Love your videos.

Great Tips! The only thing I don't agree with is fasting during a workout. I would not be able to make it through my workouts if I didn't have a good healthy breakfast first. I usually eat a sweet potato, kiwi fruit and some natural turkey bacon to kickstart my day and it helps fuel my workouts.
Excellent video thank God 5👍👍👍👍👍

Wonderful tips. I’ve been doing all that since July and lost 30lbs. Hit a plateau though 🙁about to try intermittent fasting a couple times to see how I feel.

Can u give any ideas of a meal prep with out breads or pastas i mainly eat white turkey and i love cucumbers and cauliflower other vegetables not so much any ideas?
Those Costco hotdogs are EVERYTHING!🤤
Hello. Are some of the 70 ounces of water also integrated in the food you're eating (like eating soups, etc) or is it completely apart from the foodstuffs (if you see what I mean)?
You mentioned about portion meals, can you tell how much of each roughly i should have on my plate? I mean like meat, vegetables, and etc... thank you!
We live in a very rural area, and whenever we go to "the city" it's usually a full-day trip, because we try to pack a lot into one trip. So for example, we're usually doing a doctor visit, Lowes or Home Depot, Aldi, WalMart, and sometimes Hobby Lobby or Joann Fabrics. So I've started packing enough healthy food for lunch and snacks, and LOTS of water. Recently my adult daughter has asked me to pack for her too, as she's trying to lose weight. My husband wants junk--like Wendys, etc,...which is fine. If that's what he wants I'll happily munch my half a cheese (not American--real cheese!) with lettuce and homemade mayo on Rye, or broiled chicken sliced thin on wheat, etc..., and some carrots/pepper sticks. Fruit, string cheese, nuts, roasted garbanzos, olives, or homemade crackers all go in, so we don't get hungry and end up eating chemical-laced garbage. I feel a LOT better doing this.
Just found your channel today. Looking forward to watching more. However going by what you said about water consumption.... should one really be drinking 19 litres of water a day? That is over 1 litre an hour! What would be the max amount of liquids recommended daily?
I naturally intermitten fast bc I wake up for school at 7 something almost 8 and then get out at 12:45 (bc I'm doing school online bc corona) and that's usually when I prepare my first meal i made the best salad today after school it was worth the time to prepare it and everything
Great tips thanks !! My trick for weight lose tho is skipping breakfast coz eating it seems to make me more hungry.. I do workouts in the afternoon where it isn't hot out... Now,my weight is staying, the same after, months of this tho

Breakfast is definitely not for everyone, and actually makes some people hungry like what you're saying - I have learned that continuing my fast from overnight until after my workout has worked for me. Thanks for sharing your process :)
I am about to start intermitten fasting again and I want to cut out sugar. I eat way too much stuff that has added sugar. Never realized that everything has it added. I am getting rid of most of that food that has it added. Will be giving it to the food bank where I live. I am going to start steaming food instead of cooking in oil and other additives.
How do I know how much to eat? What my body needs?
What is your opinion on keto coffee during a fast?
What app do you recommend for tracking foods?
I’m enjoying healthy Whole Foods again. My vegetable beef soup was great, also pre packaged greens are so easy to use, along with frozen veggies. I steam the raw veggies and us the water as my green tea. Lots of water, walks and swimming. I also roller skate. I want my sexy body back! Highly motivated.
I feel that having a cheat meal once you've lost a certain amount of weight is a great reward and a goal to set your sights on so that you will do your best at losing the weight so that you can have the reward. This way, you won't be trying to have cheat meals every week which can hinder your progress and cause you to gain back whatever you've lost. All summer, I've been in that place. Trying to lose weight but eating treats a couple days a week and then gaining back whatever I've lost so I'm never really losing anything. Now it's time to get back to keeping the treats away until I can lose atleast 10 pounds.

Let your reward be a trip to a place you've been wanting to go, a favorite movie, and new outfit. You should avoid the reward/punishment mentality surrounding food.
@godswordevangelism
3 жыл бұрын
@@rnshi When you've struggled your entire life to keep weight off because everything you enjoy eating causes you to gain weight, you develop that mentality. Eating completely healthy is fairly new to me. I was raised to become a sugar addict and so sweet treats are a problem for me. But that doesn't mean I can manage to stay away from them forever. It's like being an alcoholic. Every day is a challenge. And going places and buying things for the reward is costly.
What is allowed and not allowed on intermittent fasting?
Are they glass containers?
I am so proud of myself 😂 I almost do all of these tips. It took me some time to get to where i am today but i have a good relationship with food (finally). I started it as a diet but now it’s a life style for me. I am slowly losing weight but I’m okay with it. I don’t want to starve myself. What I meant to say is that this video gave me a huge confidence boost in what I’m doing 😭❤️ so thank you
