Thanks for the video! Really good with training sessions you can just follow along with! Especially when they are surf specific. Would love to see more videos like this! Would love to see some training sessions to increase strength and endurance for paddling!

So pleased to find your workouts. They are well designed and excellent for maintaining surfing fitness. Being a "senior surfer" I do support some of the work with my TRX and still get great burn. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Love your surf focused workouts and this one is amazing . I would like to see two things if possible. One, a 5-10 minute pre surf warmup. Is that smart? Two, more of these workouts that go at least 30 minutes. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!
