In this video, I wanted to share a quick 30 minute exercise routine. I tend to do full body workouts 3 times a week using body weight. I know as busy moms and busy individuals in general, we tend to feel like we don’t have enough time in our day to dedicate to exercise. However, I want to give you encouragement through this video that you CAN squeeze 30 minute of exercise even if it’s only twice a week.
