i have been doing your flexibility for yrs now. At 65 yrs of age I hiked completely across Ireland, carrying a 20 lb backpack and hiking 10-15 miles per day. With my new Solomen boots and your stretching routine I never had an ache or pain whereas my co walkers were always having issues! I am now 74 and if I dont keep up your routines after working out I will start having aches and pains. Thank you Hasfit!
As a former football player my back was horrible until I found these stretch routines. This is my daily routine now. No meds needed. Keep up the good work. The "figure 4" (11:54) stretch was tough the first few times. But I'm getting there. I've spread the word already.

I alternate between 4 of the 30 minute stretch routines I have found. I try to do 1 every day. It has literally changed my life to be honest. Mostly shoulders, neck and lower back were my problem areas.
Thank you still doing your full body stretches every good morning almost four years on. With out you so many people would of creeped into old age waking up one day with out being able to rase their arms above their head. This was so needed after leg day!👍
Having chronic health issues I love that you have such a full range of exercises. This means that I can remain consistent with exercise but choose stretching on days with pain and more intense workouts (cardio and strength) on days where I feel stronger. Thank you for creating great content.
Good job guys, didn't feel like working-out today so this stretching routine was just what I needed to get me ready for the work week. Keep up the good work!!

Another great workout from u guys!! Thank you so much. My weekly routine is... 1. Mon: 40 min for people who get bored easily 2. Tue: 30 min HIIT with weights 3. Wed. Stretching - this video 4. Thursday: 50 min weight training 5. Friday: 35 Min HIIT workout for people who get bored 6. Sat/Sun - relax and have eat desert!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stretch workout. If you are just beginning or just seem tight from bad posture, standing on your feet all day, this is for you. I especially love how this program stretches my tight shoulders and hip flexors. I'm definitely going to check out their other workouts.

THANK YOU!!! LOVE this!!! This is one of the most truly a full body stretch videos I have ever done. Although, I didn't understand the side lying shoulder stretch. I didn't feel anything but I'm sure I wasn't doing it correctly. Stretching is very much need but often neglected. I appreciate all the hard work you put into your video!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you for this great workout. I did it after one of the full body strength workouts and it was a fantastic complement to finish my workout today. Some of the exercises remind me the time I was practicing gymnastics a very nice motivation to continue :)

wow. I have never really stretched before or after cardio or weightlifting. I felt so tight this morning I decided to just stretch today. I feel SO much better after doing these stretches with you both. Definitely going to dedicate one day a week to stretching from now on.
