    Started this routine 1st lock down and still continuing together. They have changed so many lives for the better.     This looks FANTASTIC! I have experienced wrist pain due to typing for work and driving far to visit friends and it's so hard to find long, full-body stretching routines without a ton of down-dogs that contribute to wrist pain. Also, your wrist stretches for pain relief and strengthening have been SOOOOOO beneficial to me! I was able to continue exercising through carpal tunnel with zero/truly minimal pain because of those exercises. You guys are fantastic!

    Out of curiosity would this helps grow height? I'm 15 and been a yr or 2 since puberty (not sure if this would have an affect) and I'm male. So would doing this help grow my height as I'm only 5"5 Thanks

    Unfortunately your height is determined by genetics and not the stretches you do.
