► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells and towel. I suggest anywhere from 8-25 lbs. We're using 15-20 lb dumbbells in this video. Mini Loop Resistance Band and Bench/Box.

Aamzing workout! Question: I only feel my quads insted of my glutes while doing glute bridges. What do I need to adjust?

The closer your feet are to your glutes the more you feel it in your quads. Then the farther away your feel are from your glutes the more you feel it in your hamstrings! I hope this helps!

Enjoyed doing a leg day in this fashion. The hold is 🔥 📛 👩🚒 The lunge was by far the most challenging circuit. I kept a 20lb weight for the burn
