✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Dumbbell AMRAP Workout (Full Body)✨
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-25 lb dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band and towel.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 4 AMRAP Circuits (2 moves per circuit)
✔️ Rep Count (Perform 10 reps of each exercise “AMRAP” - as many rounds as possible - in 4 minutes)
✔️ Note The Final Minute Of Each AMRAP Circuit Will Turn Into A “Power Minute” With Power Moves
✔️ Rest For 1 Minute Between AMRAP Circuits

I really liked this format! I’ve been struggling with some knee pain lately, and I liked taking this at my own pace, focusing on my form and taking it slow and low impact. Loved the mods on this one! ❤❤❤

OMG…I don’t normally love AMRAP workouts because I feel too rushed and my form suffers, but this was perfect. Easy basic moves, but felt so good! Killed it again!!

THIS was my favorite workout of yours so far… Do more of these!!! I tend to have a bad lower back, so these were perfect and the tip during Deadlifts to hold the weights to the side for lower back pain is brilliant!!!🎉

I really enjoyed this format! I felt like it really kept me from watching the clock. Thank you for the extra timer! As someone who really needs to know where the finish line is, I’ve always appreciated the full workout timer and miss them on the older workouts, but adding the 4:00 timer was soo helpful! This was great! Such a fun workout! I pushed the bicep curl/shoulder press to 15 pounds- I can do anything for 10 reps! I made it through the whole circuit! Thanks for always encouraging us to reach for the heavier weights!

Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. I love your workouts for the days I need a break from running. In general, I would love more detailed guidance on what to look for in terms of form in each of your moves/exercises. I don’t know much about form so would like more cues to understand the purpose of the moves, what muscles I am working/feeling, and what to watch out for on improper form. I want to have a more complete understanding of what each move should feel like and work. I love your encouragement, enthusiasm, purpose and faith. Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!

Well that was AMAZING! I don't thing it was AS intense as some others, but honestly for me it was perfect! And if you redo this workout and you need to increase the intensity you obviously increase weights or you could even opt to do the plyo the whole time!!! I loooovvveeddd this! Nothing like a challenge to start your Wednesday and make you feel like an athlete 🙌🏻

Did this this morning - like the 2 move circuits, really fatigues the muscles! Ran before this, so I stuck with the 2 moves each circuit. I feel like I have a like/dislike relationship with AMRAP workouts 😅. Great strength workout and always feel good when I'm done!
