30 MIN WALKING EXERCISES FOR WEIGHT LOSS & LOWER ABS- Standing | No Jumping | Walk at Home

Another walking workout is here and this time it's a 30 minute weight loss walking workout with a lower belly focus. This is a low impact, no jumping, knee friendly workout that is gentle on the joints, yet ensures you burn fat thanks to the short intervals. This walking workout features a number of core engaging exercises that will help you strengthen and tone your belly at the same time.
To increase the intensity of this walking workout, skip all the breaks and keep marching on the spot.

    First time watching your video and following along. It was tricky for the first two routines but once I figured the pace and style, it was doable. I almost gave up because it's truly sweaty and high energy! I then reduced my intensity to reach till the end. It was a super challenge from the ones I am used to. Loved that there are no squats, jumps and lunges. This is truly an all-body workout. Thanks for this ❤

    3450 steps, 200 calories burned,3.4 speed, close to 2 miles. 😓 lot! I have 6 weeks doing this exercises alternating with ( 15 minutes dumbbells weights exercises (3T/week) My clothes fit better. Going on vacation in 2 months. I want a “new body”:)

    I put my Fitbit in aerobic workout and it said I burnt 237 calories my heart rate average 121 but I did get up to 150 on heart rate it says I had 34 minutes workout
