I tried my best on the stroke ;-) bow man had a lot of traffic, a lot of things to watch out for ... our Mondsee boat race should be quite consistent too. at a slightly higher SPM (23-24 IIRC) ...maybe you wanna check that out too

Would be more effective if you were filming the front of the boat.
