    I loved this 😮 I knew there was something about Pilates I liked but found other videos too fast paced. This is perfect, your instruction is so gentle and specific and I love how much time you took to really explain everything (I love knowing I’m in proper form 😅) thank you mira!

    I've been doing your 10-20 minute videos for a couple of weeks now but the 1/2 an hour ones just feel different. Feels like im testing my breath and concentration ad well as the control over my body. So interesting

    Well done💪🏼 Yes the longer classes really test your endurance, form and concentration. I don’t know were you are on your journey, but I always focus on consistency over class lengthen. As total time on the mat over weeks is what we are after. For example 15 mins everyday is better than 3 time a week for 30 mins. You will also find your body will be less sore. As you build up you can slip longer classes into you schedule. Keep up the great work 💖
