YOU ARE AMAZING! I'm a workin mama, and for me.. working out is only realistic at home. But I invested in some equipment and kettelbells and watch you :) I literally had to pause during this work out because I thought I was going to puke (hey it's a good thing!) and 8 hours later.. my glutes are already hurting me.

omg my legs are shaking! I took 3 days off to paint my daughter's bedroom and this kicked my butt! I have lost almost 30 lbs this year and gained so much strength as well as joint mobility working out with you! Thank you for always delivering a great workout!

I'm decided to start strength training using kettlebells for the first time thanks to your videos! I can only afford to purchase one right now-do you have any starting weight suggestions for a first kettlebell? (I'm fairly small like 5'2 and not v strong lmfao)

Hey lovely, Thanks for reaching out! ☺ I would recommend 6 kgs to start. It also depends on how strong you are to start, this might be too light and you would start with 8kgs. The weight I am using is in the preview for reference, Let me know how you go. ENJOY ☺
