Excellent work. I love it. I have to modify it a bit because of my weight. But i am improving a lot from doing your toning tapes. I added free weighs to the weightless videos. Now, I am adding standing full body videos.

2024년 3월 25일 반복! 저도 여기 두바이까지 여름휴가 와서 남편과 사춘기딸 셩장에 보내노쿠 전 짐에와서 운동했어요. 헉헉거렸지만 괜차나요, 옆에 흑인 청년도 나이키 앱 깔아놓구 저랑 함께 매트운동하며 더 씩씩대니까요. 이제 죄책감 없이 파이브가이즈버거 먹으로 갈께요. 총열량 268/평균심박 153 33:37
