Way harder than I thought and I’ve been working out for 15 years 4-5 days a week! But felt so good after!!

Today’s avg bpm is a bit low, I was feeling rather zen today 🤭. I never got above 133bpm, but that’s what my body needed and I felt good working out at that pace. Today I did this video All Standing Cardio High Intensity at the end of my workout session as my rebounder routine. Obviously it requires some improvising, but all in all, it works well. I started doing this workout and the 400kcal workout about a month ago and it is amazing how much you have helped me to improve my fitness. Today I followed along and kept up all through. I didn’t have to take any extra little breaks like before when I started. It was challenging but didn’t obliterate me! Thank you for helping me make such a massive difference to my fitness and stamina ❤

Wow. This workout took max effort. I'm dripping with sweat as I make this comment. I wasn't sure if I would be able to finish but somehow I did. I just kept doing what you were doing (but not as technically sound as you do, though I was paying attention to proper extension on kicks and punches, and flexing my core when lifting knees, etc.) But I have to say wow, Eleni, what a phenomenal, incredible, amazing workout you put together. I feel phenomenal, incredible and amazing. And you are these three things times 100. It's like I just worked out with a pro football level trainer or a military trainer. thank you.

I love this routine. The only bad thing about this is the advert which interrupted my cool down - this guy stating that cardio does not help lose weight; this guy who thrashes every other routine - to promote his! Like seriously, if your shred whatever is so great, it will speak for itself. And not everybody has money to pay for stuff - which is basically the end 'result' of the quiz.
