That's a great question what I would do if it was my car is I would do a bunch of drain and fills with distilled water after the coolant is running clear with clear distilled water then I would add the Amsoil low toxicity biodegradable coolant and also the Dominator coolant boost. @@Syntheticoilprotection the car runs awesome 😎 it previously had Amsoil premixed coolant before but just changed it this year from 2016. I put a fluidyne aluminum radiator, stant thermostat, Edelbrock aluminum water pump, svt cooling fan and mishimoto silicone hoses as well back in ‘16. Amsoil fluids is all I use in the mustang and keeps it running loooooonger and streeeeoooonger 💪🏼🤣🤣

I don't even know what that is. I would definitely stay with distilled water because it has no metal in it and no calcium which will keep your system cleaner longer

Great question so there's a couple different models of coolants the heavy duty is the specifically mixed pre-mix for 18-wheeler applications it's a purplish color and I've had excellent results with personal customers on the Channel with 18 wheelers they love it. The coolant concentrate the one that I always show on the videos is personally my favorite because you can mix it to the exact of distilled water you want. This allows you to dial in your vehicle to a higher specific heat capacity with more distilled water and with the concentrate you also have other benefits because of the low toxicity where if animals drink it it doesn't taste sweet like a lot of other coolant and it won't harm the environment like other coolant chemicals. The other reason why I like the low toxicity coolant is because it's compatible with all other makes models coolants and colors so you don't have to worry about mixing it and having a separation. The other benefit is the low toxicity biodegradable coolant needs all the 18-wheeler specifications which is the very toughest specs to meet and exceed and I love that extended life capability of that coolant. There are other coolants which you'll see the regular passenger car which is good in that one is pre-mixed so you don't have to worry about mixing the right ratio especially if you live somewhere extremely cold. As far as the Dominator coolant boost I usually top off twice a year basically halfway through I add about half the dosage in that way I keep everything maintained so the surfactant is still pulling more heat out of the motor. I appreciate the question and I am curious if you are a Amsoil preferred customer?

My car calls for a cooler change every 120k but I have 80k on it and my water pump started leaking, thankfully it’s east and relatively inexpensive to get to but I will definitely go back to 50k changes

Yeah it is a game changer especially with older coolant. When I did my Corvette it was night and day. When I did the synthetic oil protection machine it was a smaller difference but the biggest difference was when I did the intercooler fluid it was unbelievable I think the synthetic oil protection machine picked up about 25 rear wheel torque after doing the intercooler fluid on it I did 33% concentrate and 66% distilled water and I also added the Dominator coolant boost huge difference in engine braking you can actually watch the video on the intercooler fluid change you'll actually hear it when I let off the gas you can hear the exhaust note more and that's the suction and compression.
