3 Scaling Questions From Solution Focused Therapy
Scaling is such a powerful therapeutic tool, allowing us to switch the conversation from being 'about' emotions to being 'about' numbers. Scaling in therapy allows us to help your client break down their perception of their situation into grades, and then gradually (or rapidly) improve their situation using those numbers.
I talk more about the power of scaling in this video and I give 3 examples of solution focused questions you can use to help your clients.
