I do gyan mudra while sitting on chair in front of shining sun at 2 pm it feel warm in cold season but my nerves at tip flicker rarely as it happens during mudra also i cannot focus on breath so i keep my eye open or just closed .

Please I need an answer. I had a meditation yesterday which was very intense. The outside was inside, the inside was outside. Somehow, intuitively my hands started to move in a strange way, like I was stroking the "air" or space. The position of my 2 hands were like how the saints or Jesus are depicted on some paintings and sculptures. I felt I'm bending reality. It seemed magic. What is this??
