Threw me off at the 17:00 minute mark when I heard the background music Bourbon Moth always uses for his intros.

I don’t feel like it was an accident. With how much he hates river tables playing that song during epoxy pours.

I think we need a 3 ways to build a picnic table for the patio or back yard since July 4th is coming up and we may be grilling the meats soon and need a place to eat. . .

We “may” be grilling??? Lol

This is a great idea, there are so many ways to build even a 'standard' picnic table.

😂 I agree. I saw some at lowes yesterday for 150 or 200$. I just want a solid frame of one and I can build the rest. I was thinking about using that composite instead of wood, that will last forever
I was so happy to see Jordan's energy and confidence up this video! Maybe a twist would be 3 levels of profit projects? Each of you doing separate builds and including the price tag and/or trying to sell them

Agreed!
As far as aesthetics go, I prefer the 'beginner' board but I did enjoy watching the pro build and I can say that I was not disappointed. LEDs belong in everything. I think the only change with the beginner board I would do would be to route some channels where the stripes were, embed some LEDs and then fill it with semi opaque black resin. For bonus points, I'd add an IR sensor that triggers when anything passes through the hole to give a light show the likes of which no cornhole board has seen(at least to my knowledge).
Yeah...the Bourbon Moth music was a little distracting..I was waiting for him to pop out somewhere. I think 3 levels of outfeed/assembly table would be awesome!

So what you're saying is he used a $5000 table saw and a $1500 hammer. 🤣
They all look great!! Such clean and beautiful work! Love the USA pro build!
Got to say this is awesome. I bought mine off marketplace and they must of built it below beginner got to use rocks to level and already broke 2 bags open. You all do great work.
That has been one of my Favs so far.
I love the 3 levels videos they always get me amped up to do some work in the shop.
I love this 3 level series
Love the stars vs stripes idea for the bean bags... nice touch
8:01 YINZ! That just made me miss Pittsburgh so much.
YEAH! Jordan lives!
Happy to see Jordan still has a job at the shop!
Love the resin. I’m planning on using a pistol target covered in resin for my set.
"The CNC Cowboy" followed by the "Howdy" was amazing
3 levels gaming tables, I'd love to see your interpretations of that.!
I appreciate the jointer honesty haha gotta get stuff done
Two ideas I think would be cool for three level projects. 1. Wood mallets 2. End table or Night Stands. Thanks for the great content gentlemen!
excellent work on these boards boys!
I love the differing levels of camera work on display here too @4:50
I loved your corn hole levels. Great job.
Love these videos. Keep up the great work guys!
Hi John I hope to get two Squirrely sticks when they are back in stock. They look so cool. Keep up the great work. Thank You
I'm so glad you showed the error!! I feel like a human!
This is crazy, I use the same paint can trick for cutting the legs to length off the side of a table, lol. I also use cnc and epoxy for the board design. I just have to step up my LED and joint game! Nice boards man!
On mine I installed a laminated shoot underneath to return the bags to the front with a hole and tray. Plywood is also laminated with two 1 x 1 attached angled on top to direct bags to the same tray as the shoot.

So simple and it never crossed my mind. Thanks for sharing that idea!!
John you may like this. I had some boards at the bar I used to work at that had a level built in between the legs and the legs were adjustable to make sure your board wasn't leaning in a uneven surface
Love the 3 level series
I felt the freedom in the epoxy pour Perfect timing with Memorial Day yesterday
Informative, entertaining and completely awesome video!!
Pretty fantastic work, guys!!! 😃 Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊
Love your work keep it up it inspires me and others
Great job...love the USA version.
Another awesome project by some incredibly awesome squirrels!
Was that Bourbon Moth's theme song at around the 7:30 mark? Lol

OOohhhhh Oliver jointer, that's a beast!
OMG all the innuendo's!!! lol, love it.
You guys are flexing on us Poors with your nice 2x4's and plywood.
I love this series! The next one should be 3 levels of epoxy.
I think is nice to see what experience build at you. Things became ‘easier’ and a bit over the top hahaha
I love these! Please do a book shelves next! Getting sick of buying Ikea, and would love to learn to make my own correctly!
Best feature I ever saw on a corn hole board was a built-in tape measure so you can get them the exact distance every time regardless of where you are.
I like that you used Burbonmoth Woodworkings music in the background lol. Love you dudes
Just did a pair. I used pocket holes from the underside on the 2x4 to secure the top to the frame. Came out very clean and won't have to worry about filler/epoxy getting worn down over time and creating slight dimples around the edge of the board
@suelogsdon3468

I always use pocket holes as well but sometimes have issues with the screws wanting to poke thru the ply. How do you adjust?
@JimPepperTactical

@@suelogsdon3468 move the collar on the bit closer to the tip. If that makes sense
Maybe some end tables for the living room. That would be a good project.
Hey Men those look FANTASKICO !
Love those pro boards.
Nice build. I want to build a set with LEDs outlining the edge of the board and the hole only for night time play.
Hey, Love the videos i just build some cornhole boards like this and used my CNC, but i had over pour will sanding it like you did in the video help with the over pour? will it scratch the epoxy that's filled inside the logo?
Great game which I was introduced to when in the States (thanks for the great times all you good people over here) Saw it first in Bryson City N. Carolina. I hope it will grow in popularity here in England. In pubs, obviously. We do pubs in GB. We do them very well, in fact.
Quick question, what plywood did you use for the Pro board? If it was veneered, I was wondering if you would go through it when you sanded the epoxy.
Nice job guys
Awesome Builds!
I love the ripper, joints and the cnc design with the poxy. Very creative, I like your style. Keep making AMERICA GREAT💪
Lil Bourbon Moth on the DL. Nice.
I had no idea what these were going to be until the last 2 minutes of the video , now I get it .
Love box joint idea. First project I ever made was a set of boards and my butt joints were not square. Rookie mistakes
That was an awesome video and just in time for the summer! I'm definitely going to build my own, thanks for the inspiration!!!
Aquarium stand or bathroom cabinet with towel rack
Nice to see that Jordan is still alive after the kitchen fiasco :D
I would have made the pockets for the logo a tad deeper so that you could use Miss Piggy to surface it after pouring the epoxy... great video though guys... love it
As a woodworker who has made many boards over the years, I would love to get you guys the go to method for the pros now. There is a whole Facebook community specifically for board builds
Gonna have to be honest, had no idea what a Cornhole Board was, asked my family, consensus was it had be something to do with cooking.... didn't sound quite right, because you know it had to do with America, googled it, told my family, new consensus with heads shaking "Americans! always knew they were an odd people, can't get a good drunk on without making it a game." (im from New Zealand) That said, really liked the look of Jordan's build, simple and clean. Good work Jordan!
Bro these are the nicest I’ve ever seen. Can you do custom requests? Im a die hard chargers fan and having the old school chargers shield with LED lights would be so sick.
How did you remove the excess epoxy on the overspill? What’s your process for sanding the epoxy?
Nice job
John move the fence on the jointer forward so you dont have so much of the cutter to reach over as you wait for the guard to be installed. Semper Fi!
I got all my pieces cutted? I laughed out loud on that one. Like the shirt as well.
Im about to build some with some left over hardwood flooring. Would it be too slick iyo.
Looks like fun, however, I'm not too impressed with the Pro version which surprises me as I've seen John build some very nice pieces.
It’s not excessive joinery until you’re hand cutting dovetails into that thing. 😎
17:00 playing the Bourbon Moth theme song while, ironically, working with epoxy. Something Jason hates in most of his videos. Nice little nod there.
Can you do a longer video on building kids wood swing sets? You could build a box store one and a diy idea for a great sturdy and fun one.
Brutal!!!
I want to see y'all build a Skee-Ball machine!
I’m curious about the two boards that were set in the frame. Did you size the plywood accordingly so the entire playing surface is still the regulation 2x4? Or is the plywood 2x4 with an extra lip of and inch or so around the sides?
I heard some Bourbon Moth sounds, my 2 favourite channels
What kind of sprayer do you use and what kind of finish do you spray
Great video. How about 3 levels of end grain throwing axe targets
11:59 mark almost tripped your SawStop, but like a pro (or just lucky) split the two staples holding the UPC tag.
Bourbon Moth intro song when John is removing the tape from his resin pours.
The tools are not the problem, the biggest foul is using 1/2" ply😂 I use 3/4" birch decks. And 1x3s are lighter and stronger. Then I round off the edges and corners with a router. I will never go back to 2x4 frames. Im not critiquing or hating. Just sharing ideas. Great content and boards. Much love from Ky 🇺🇸
What spray did you use for crisp lines
The inner Midwest dad in my soul be vibing the shit out of this
Those are killer. How 'bout one of those long drawer systems for a truck bed for 3 skill levels?
Hole cutting: If you have a router, grab a circle cutting jig. It will cost less than a 6 inch hole saw and let you do quite a bit more..to include cutting the rounded end of the cornhole board legs with an additional router bit. The cuts will be cleaner with less chance for tear out.
Really John? I thought we were free of that corn hole...not the project, JORDAN. Did not miss him. Love ❤ you n Sam AND that awesome patriotic board!! 🇺🇸

Growing up in the 60s and 70s the corn hole ment something else
John what kind of resin and dye did you use? Do you have to prime the plywood before adding the resin? Thanks.

i thought jordan will be fired after the kitchen reno video. glad that he still hanging around
The “pro” level are legit, I’m not sure I’m ready for that. I think I’m going with the intermediate plans. I don’t have a shop like that.
@johnmaleki you know what you call saw dust? Man glitter!
