Great to hear you have plans to learn to fly, gliding is agreat sport, with good club spirit and a briliant way to start flying. I started with gliders when I was in the Air Training Corpe and never regreted it.

Fantastic video and the formation shots were excellent. Really enjoyed this one Ben and big thumbs up to the owner of the airstrip who supports GA. The strip is a little gem and looked stunning in the late afternoon sun.

One of the best flights I've ever viewed, no no I always say that. Seriously, nice one Ben. I'm all caught up on your videos!!!

Another great video. My QXC was cancelled yesterday so I took a quick flight from Gloucester to Kemble and we got in just before the 747 started it’s roll. Was a great bonus to see one leave. My third grass runway landing and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to returning to Kemble.

Another corker (cricket pun perhaps?) You look very at home in the Eurostar now as well. Love the camera views in the Eurostar - they are quite unique and I do miss that. What a lovely strip that is also, and the fact that it’s owned by someone who is just passionate about the sport is incredibly rare. I’ll be sure to pop in next time I’m down that way. It looks like they make a huge effort to keep it in tip top condition.

Thanks sonny jim!!! Yeh the eurostar is awesome for air to air viz. The high wing planes are WAY better for spotting stuff below though! YES mate...we must fly in there together...it's great! And so many nearby too. Let get strippin'

I know - it's my favourite time to fly. Good point - the skies are usually dead! Bizarre. But im ok with that haha. Yes I must - that vagabond that features is based there so im gonna make the hope and try it out!

LMBAO. Last time I played golf I got wet, thrashed, I thought 'this is ain't for me!'. There used to be car stickers in the 1980s, from the PFA, 'I'd Rather Be Flying!' Amen to that!

Thanks Jed. Yes that video of the shootout is coming up. Which answers that question! But - for learning I think the skyranger makes you do the most...work harder...particularly your feet with the rudder, so everything after that was easy! It's also forgiving !

Another great video Ben, my question is why do you choose 26 grass at Kemble and not the hard runway to land on?.

Hey Jason! Thanks for posting mate. I prefer the grass for a lot of reasons actually - it's less far to taxi (especially departing), it's more forgiving, it's good to practice hitting smaller runways. Though being based at kemble is AMAZING because through the winter you can always get up in the wet with the hard runway. You'll see me use it more in the winter. Thanks again
