Extremely insightful, pulling various ideas/industries/new technologies together, and some new concepts for me that I'd have to study more. What's more interesting is his perspective on how volatility, sustainability, and the customer experience interact with each other, all working to solve the question, 'how can I serve my customer better?'
Packed with a lot of things. I hope that the part about Sustainability includes environmental protection among other things. The use of bio-degradable plastic, recycling potential, etc... Volatility has been always present on the market. It's the nature of it. As for the rest, I agree, the most important thing is customer satisfaction, not only by the item/service it has been sold to him/her, but also with the brand, and the company overall attitude toward the world it belongs to. Good clip.
So much excited to do something like this!
