I made lemon, cocoa, and matcha butter cookie tins.
The cookie stamps make it easy to create gorgeous flower cookies.
Since they are a good size, I wrapped them one at a time.
00:12 Preparing butter
00:43 Mix lemon-flavored butter and powdered sugar
01:33 Scrub lemon
02:20 Add egg yolks
03:00 Add the flour mixture
03:51 Divide the dough into 18 equal portions
04:25 Cocoa flavor
06:32 Green tea flavor
07:53 Prepare cookie stamps
08:15 Form the dough
09:11 Bake in preheated oven at 170℃ for 20-25 minutes
09:24 Wrapping ①
10:17 Wrapping ②
10:33 Eat!
▷Ingredients:
■Lemon cookies
100g unsalted butter
50g powder sugar
lemon zest
1 egg yolk
130g rice flour(or 140g cake flour)
25g ground almonds
■Cocoa cookies
100g unsalted butter
55g powder sugar
8g cocoa
1 egg yolk
130g rice flour(or 140g cake flour)
25g ground almonds
■Matcha cookies
100g unsalted butter
60g powder sugar
6g matcha
1 egg yolk
130g rice flour(or 140g cake flour)
25g ground almonds

May I know if your dough is very dry? Mine is like sand. Not sure how to salvage it now 😢

@@jyenswallow I did find the cookies themselves a bit dry and crumbly, but I ate mine with milk to balance it out! I also noticed that the batch I baked for less time (to maintain the bright green color, since the first batch lost some of it due to extensive browning) turned out quite a bit softer. If you meant the raw dough, it seemed like normal butter cookie dough to me. Hope this helps!

@@Lisa-rz3fe thanks for the quick reply! I added some oil to form it into a dough. After baking, the cookies were a bit soft and crumbled easily. I have packed them and keep in the fridge. Hopefully they harden up a bit by tomorrow. Will try them tomorrow and see how it goes 🤞

O açúcar que utilizei é açúcar de painço com partículas ainda mais finas. O açúcar mascavado também fica delicioso.🥰

May I know what size is the cookie stamp?
I tried and followed your recipe. They turn out delicious but the cookies don't hold shape as well as yours. :( When you chill the dough, do you chill it in the normal fridge or the freezer? Thank you so much for this!

そうか、生地を平たく伸して型で抜くよりも、こうすると余りの生地が出なくていいですね!形もかわいい🏵💕 ラッピングは、個別にラッピングして缶に詰めてしまうと、クッキーの完成度も相まって何となく手作り感がうすくなるかなぁ?という気がします。少しよそ行きっぽくみえるというか。 3個まとめてラッピングしてかわいい缶に詰めるほうが、作られた方の個性や好みが反映されて、より温かみや親しみやすさが出るのかなぁ、と。 でも、結局好みの問題なので、作られた方の個性やお渡しするシーンで変わるのかなぁ、とも思います。
焼いてもくっきり可愛い形が残りますね💓卵黄セーフ同時に口にだしちゃいました😆米粉はお菓子用でしょうか?型は無いけど体に優しい材料で作ってみたいです✨

卵黄は危なかったです...!😆米粉はお菓子用のミズホチカラを使ってます♪この生地は普通の型抜きクッキーなどもできますよ〜!

I love your recipes but can I request you not to use this much of plastic in wrapping every cookie separately.Yours is such a good channel so you can use it to spread the message about not creating plastic pollution.
