Every time I cut almonds, they just fly in all sorts of random directions, and in the end I’m only left with 2 or 3 pieces.

Samee, That's Why I put them in a plastic bag or something similar and crush them with one of those kitchen hammers or a pastry roller. You can also always buy already Crushed almonds

This looks relatively simple but let me tell you I spent 2 hrs following this recipe. Since I don’t have a foam / batter bag, I formed circles by pushing a small glass bottom into each dollop 😂 they don’t look fancy at all but my god they taste amazing! Thank you Hidamari! ❤️
