    I really do love bean curd skin rolls, it's one of my favorite Asian ingredients. It soaks up any sauce and the texture is fantastic. I have some potsticker wraps in my fridge so I'll be attempting the 2nd recipe this week. Last night I made banana, mini dark chocolate chips and crushed walnut dessert gyoza. Time for a healthy dumpling recipe. Thanks Wil!

    From you only I learned to cook with tofu scramble though its one of my favourites . Earlier you gave a recipe with tofu scramble to eat with rice. It has become one of our favourite dishes. Thanks wil.

    I ran low on maple syrup and replaced it with molasses for a change. It’s much different but a welcome switch. It has a more rustic and toasty flavor which adds a fresh twist to familiar dishes.

    Those are easy! My body does not respond well to tofu or soy products. I use Pumfu instead; it is not as firm as the firm tofu so care is required when the recipe calls to sautee/toast, etc.
