well, no such thing as too much butter, but what's this thing he's got about oil. it's greasy bland nonthingness. and a lot of it in the US is GMO and toxic

I gotta admit i've been watching his videos for 2 years and I never get tired of watching the nice quality and effort. Keep surprising us master chef!

You will likely never see this comment, I’ve made nothing but dry bland pork chops my whole life of cooking however, I followed your direction step by step as best as I could with the ingredients available to me. For the FIRST time ever in my life I just cooked a juicy, tender, and yummy pork chop! Thank you so much for giving people like me an opportunity to learn how to cook properly. My husband said “damn that’s a good pork chop” and my son (very picky) loves it 🥺😭 thanks Gordon sincerely -K Ramsey p.s. I will be watching more of your videos ☺️

Streetfood are really the thing. My favorite restaurant ever are some plastic chairs and a gasoven on the sidewalk somewhere in Enshi, Hubei province China. It is some kind of spicy bread with onions and other veggies in it.

Lemon, thyme and black pepper mixed in with breadcrumbs for chicken goujons is just divine. Love it.

I'm really amazed how Scotch Eggs are cooked in general, being fried and still has the runny egg yolk in the center.

I just sat down for breakfast, will definitely try these out next breakfast

Raw turmeric powder in yoghurt I have no idea about that. In India people generally cook raw turmeric powder to cut that raw taste.

For the bread you're going to need flour, salt, butter, milk, sugar and yeast. You want that dough as dry as reasonably possible because its going to soften up as it begins to rise. Knead well and cling wrap. Don't forget to bake. Slice the cool bread, grill in the oven slightly, layer with cheese, marinara sauce, dried mushroom, cheese again, and toast once more in the oven. Great as it is. In fact I'll even eat the bread plain on its own, but can be served with curried mutton stew or simply mutton curry (mild).
