The Song was real but obviously the Video was made years after his Death so they got a 2Pac lookalike and put him the Dark to make him look like Pac and its the same thing with 2Pac’s smile Video

His music is relatable
The guy in the video is actually another rapper named "tha realest" who joined deathrow after tupacs death. You can also see him @2:55 hes the guy on the right. He also has a voice very similar to Tupac. This video came out after tupacs death. After Tupac's death there were all kinds of conspiracy theories that he faked his death, which is what the beginning of this video is about.
The song actually was a song he wrote for MC Hammer, but hammer did not really know how to deliver it
Tupac had passed away at that time but Tupac was a big fan of Bruce Lee who ppl believed was still alive after his death...Tupac wrote so many verses that for 5-10 years his record companies still put out several double disk albums several years after his death as if he was still alive
