question: what happens if tein goes through the script, goes to preview...and the house sells for the same as original price and not the 'higher price' he's promising? he's promising a higher sale price to the seller.

What about for new agent who has no SI, and nothing in the database? How to prospect beside cold calls? Is farming by direct mail considering Marketing?
Also, what service did he say he uses that he puts his listings on to generate buyers?
Last question haha, what’s the CRM he uses, and what company does he use for the virtual assistant?
Quick question, did he say he uses a virtual assistant to cold call Geo and absentee leads up to 8 hours a day to build the pipeline, or does he cold call and have the virtual assistant follow up?
