Hi Everyone,
I'm very excited about this video because it comes deep from my soul, and I'm very passionate about some of these topics and would love to talk about them with you. If you're feeling lost in life, need career or job advice, life motivation, tips for anxiety relief and coping with anxiety, tips for dealing with bullies, fearing aging and wondering how to age gracefully, trying to figure out what to do with your life and what your life passions are, wondering how to love yourself when you're still figuring out life, then you've come to the right place. If I had to make a video with things I would tell my 20 year old self, this would be it. I also have some more lighthearted, "casual" life hacks for you mixed in as well. To keep things interesting, I'll also be sewing the Cora Pattern from Fabrics Store. Here is the link to the free sewing pattern: fabrics-store.com/sewing-patt...

Seems like you are recovered from long COVID huh. So glad for you. Here's to hoping I get to your recovery status. I'm just 3 1/2 months to this 🥺 By the way, are you still taking sleeping aids?

I wouldn't say I'm 100% recovered but I'm even better than when I recorded my "long haul story" video! You'll get there too. I am taking a drug called amitriptyline for the insomnia and for my new diagnosis of interstitial cystitis. Thanks covid.

Very intelligent gal with so many solid messages, this should be a trending video. Really proud of how far you've come from the Long Covid, I know there's still things probably still lingering but gosh. You're the bomb and so strong.
