    I trained with Erick for 2 years in the early 90s. Amazing guy. Amazing teacher. I used to kick myself for not continuing to train with him. After listening to this maybe I saved my throat and neck!!

    I ended up w a cage in my neck after 1o years on opiates w a broken vert and 2 cracked ones...i feel ya

    Edinboro!😄Remember Rick Young wouldn’t let anyone on his new mats with wrestling boots. I’d lost a lot of sole and heel skin (pre-cellulitis condition) from a work course the week before and Mr P had just said’ He admired people there for just getting on and not complaining. I specifically bought the boots to keep my feet together and I don’t think Mr P understood my explanation for having to go to the side and redress my feet and check for blood. 😔
