I trained with Erick for 2 years in the early 90s. Amazing guy. Amazing teacher. I used to kick myself for not continuing to train with him. After listening to this maybe I saved my throat and neck!!

Edinboro!😄Remember Rick Young wouldn’t let anyone on his new mats with wrestling boots. I’d lost a lot of sole and heel skin (pre-cellulitis condition) from a work course the week before and Mr P had just said’ He admired people there for just getting on and not complaining. I specifically bought the boots to keep my feet together and I don’t think Mr P understood my explanation for having to go to the side and redress my feet and check for blood. 😔

These 2 coaches have single handedly put Birmingham and n the map in the MMA scene. Two of the best coaches you’ll ever meet. They’re the most friendly, down to earth, real brothers. My first day walking into an mma gym, man they made me feel like they knew me for years. Helped me and hundreds of others really change our lives. Nothing but respect for coach Kaish and coach kamby.

I been looking for this staple.. this alone can make you strong. We do it everyday and you will slowly start realising the difference in your body.. this is everyday you must do it before getting into physical work. You stay injury free and it's a warm up, you cant say a warm up is too hard to do. Just commit. The gym is in Coventry, join our family 🤗

Two absolute gents kamby and kaish are and both phonemal coaches with In their own fields kamby wrestling and kaish muay Thai and the fabulous work they've done with developing fearless mma lucky to have known both brothers for many years and went to school with kaish one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet such laid back humble guy. Lucky enough to have trained alongside Paul Collins and rajesh sallhan who's equally a top guy seen him grow up from a young kid training to competeing to becoming a adult to a father 🙏🙏🥊🥊👍🏾

I remember starting in 2017 and Jakub did a seminar in Satori in Dublin and watching him effortlessly beat people in sparring was amazing! Still use some of the spider guard techniques from that seminar today also.
Jakub is one the best athlete/ coach that I have ever encountered. His knowledge of bjj is really high level and wish him all the best . Good interview
