Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Pro chef Frank Proto and home cook Joe are swapping recipes and hitting the kitchen to make some ribs. We provided Joe with all the ingredients necessary to make chef Frank’s eye-popping $270 ribs recipe, sending only $24 worth of materials back the other direction. Will Frank elevate Joe’s more modest materials into something gourmet? Can Joe keep up with the demands of Frank’s ingredients list?

I love how this series has evolved. This episode has made me think I could actually try and make both recipes. Frank's explanations during this episode was on point. Lol. His breakdown of the steps helped a bunch.

I love how we are evolving with the series. I started cooking during the pandemic and back in april 2020 I couldn't have made even the simplest ribs but now I can make both of these
Like Joe, I fully believe that Chef Frank bioengineered his own giraffe, raised it to a full and rewarding life, and then used the ribs for this delicious meal.
joe has to be a dad lol. i could see him cooking on a grill making dad jokes and i love it so much

Joe is so funny. I love him. Bring him back for SO MANY MORE EPISODES PLEASE!
Joe knows some trade secrets. A trained eye will tell that the reason he spilled all the mustard on the outside of the mason jar is that in case you happen to have a more opaque jar you can easily identify what kind of mustard is in it by the outside drippings

I love the way Frank pairs with Joe. They have a mellow vibe.
Joe and Frank did an amazing job together, looking forward to more!
So...where is the kickstarter for Joe's Mustard Club?
Joe is hilarious. Please have him in more videos 🙏
I love Joe's energy, I hope we see more of him

"Promo code: CUT THE MUSTARD" Lmao!
Joe STEALS the show EVERYTIME!!!!!! Natural brilliance!!!!!
It's always interesting to see which tricks Frank'll pull out of his bag.
Don't tell Emily I said that! Frank 😂

Joe made the whole show its been awhile since I watched 😂

Joe is a great addition to the series

Joe is my favorite. He has a great sense of humor if you don't agree you're being Redicio
Black porks are also raised in Portugal. Just like their Spanish friends they stroll outside and eat acorns. We would usually just charcoal grill it. It has lot's of flavor. Just looking at the raw meat you can notice the difference. For anyone not familiar with it the look is a sort of "Kobe pork".

Thank you so much for giving us more time with the two chefs together at the end. This was a real treat, and both recipes looked delicious!
Joe had me at giraffe 🦒 ribs 0:52 😂😂😂. He's a keeper ❤️🥰❤️🥰🙌🏾😂
I love it when ever Joe is on. I still hear his "Fatality!" quote everytime I see him.
This channel needs more Joe
This is the kind of wholesome content I come here for. Also, I’m totally signing up for Joe’s Monthly Mustard No Chunks Club.
I don't even eat mustard like that, but I'm excited to join Joe's Monthly Mustard club. Where's that sign-up link?!
Joe doing an ad run for his future mustard empire while making it had me cracking up
0:58 - "This looks like wine so I think I'm done"

Joe is such an homie. Best buddy for sure
Joe did amazing 😊
Put Joe in more videos I love him lol
Every homecook is very funny, idk why hahaha
Joe is everything... I need more joe in my life. 😁
honestly even after he talked himself down, joe earned my trust after 2 min.
I feel like a witch 😂😂 Joes a great addition
tbh Iberico Pork Membrane Black Market sounds like it actually exists. probably with giraffe ribs too
Finally some Frank!!!! You starve us our Frank fix, Epicurious! 😆
Lol I love how proud Joe is of how he makes ribs
I've used that Leffe beer in a mustard instead of wine and that's definitely worth a try!
Joe and Frank just click. Love these two together
Finally, Joe’s Chunkless brand of Chunk-free Mustard gets the recognition it deserves!

This is the most heartwarming episode of Pro vs Homecook, and to think that Joe has a business although he’s a homecook really brightens up that vibe and shared experience with Frank!! Lovely!! 👨🍳🥪💖💖

Epicurious should sell jars of Joe's famous chunkless mustard lol. I'd definitely buy it
Need a Joe and Frank show now
Got to give it to Joe with the confidence. It should be $203.78
Did Frank have flappy bird on his fridge screen?
This dudes a legend. More joe!
Don't be radicchio hahahaha that is dad jokes at their best lol
Joe's a funny guy. Dry and sarcastic - my kind of person
Frank reminded me of my Dad today, He always added salt and pepper and butter to store bought bbq sauce.
Frank certified G! Joe's cool to have in the kitchen too, so this was a success 100%
joe is hilarious!
For reference, a bottle of the Leffe Dark Beer is about $1.85 (€1.65) here in the Netherlands, instead of $15.49 (€14.18). I can image getting the ribs that pricy when using this markup...
i like how chef frank acts surprised
Frank just casually one-upping both Andy and Joshua in a single gimick video. Nice.
Ayeeeee it’s my guy Joe ! Glad he’s back!
More Frank and Joe please
Love how Frank was inspired by the McRib for the sandwich.
first time seeing Joe. love his personality.
What a great episode!
Giraffe ribs 🤣
Frank making his version of a McRib was not on my 2023 bingo card, but I’m happy to be here😂
It was fantastic to see Joe cooe with the fancy shmancy ribs recipe - but I always enjoy seeing what Frank can concoct using simple ingredients.
You guys made my day...
i loveee isot so much. it's one of my fav spices. and this is literally the third time I'm seeing smt turkish in a yt video today i loveee the representation thanks frank 🤍🇹🇷
That was Fantastic! And very smooth editing 👌

I love how Frank's recipe is just like what my mum would do with ribs. (not Iberico ribs, but still)
I wanna buy some of that Joe's Chunkless!
Joe is hilarious! lmao
Joe learned that the Iberian pigs eat acorns and took it personally lol
Frank is back!!
Frank is using Turkish pepper called isot on pork ribs, very interesting lol
Joe! that voice 🥰❤️
FRANK AND JOE are my favorites 🤍🤍🤍
