I once told a joke to a German guy I worked with. He told me with a straight face "Thank you for the joke. I will think about it later."

Maybe the pet chance won't stack but roll individually. That would explain why you sometimes got only one pet with 2x 25% and 1x 50% chance. It'll roll extra for each item/boost.

It also explains how he got 3 dogs, both 50% chances triggered. It was amusing to see that followed by a single elephant.

Hi Dex, just a thought about the additional animals: Could it just be, that, with all skills, you would have 2 x 50% Chances to get an additional animal? This would explain, why you sometimes get 3, but also sometimes get just 1. (As seen here with the Doggos, that would indicate it. Anyway: Weitermachen was Spaß macht und weiter die Games komplett zerbrechen. Ich warte noch drauf, dass die FPS hier in den Keller gehen :P

About the pets: my guess would be, that each +chance from both relics doesnt add up but count on their own. Means u have the chance to get 1-3 pets per chest (50% from both relics to add one up) which would also explain why you got only one tucan and also the tripple doggy. Maybe i also just being stupid but that makes the most sense atm with the spawn rng

You dont have 100% bonus on pets! You get a 2 times 25 percent chance from one item and a different 50% chance from the other! that means you got a 100% chance to get the pet you picked and then you get the 50% chance to double it, twice. it is not added up.

Do the elephants not need your water capacity to water crops?

@Dex Have you done the "don't get hit once" challenge yet? If you haven't, you should record ALL your tries, edit a bit and upload a long video! Would be hilarious! (I mean, I'll be happy if you get it fast but I can't deny that it would be entertaining if it's a bit harder than expected!)

the pet spawn could be actually not the same buff. So it may be resolved like this: you get a pet you have a 50% chance to get a duplicate pet you have a 2*25% chance to get a duplicate pet

For the three pets spawn aint it because the items dont trigger for 100% like the froggie mignon , it First triggers for 50% and afterwards again for 50% with each item

That item that give you 50% chance to get extra pet is calculated twice… not together… so first check is for one 50% chance and than come second roll so yea it is possible to get 3 pets instead of 1

Im wondering why you tried so hard not killing enemies in the first round. Did i miss something? Cause i play the game myselve and i at least did not see that the charakter you played gives bonuses if you dont kill enemies.

Rewatch like the first minute of the video, he said he's going for an advancement wich requires no kill on the first night .
