if you pres Q or E you can rotate between seeds and prioritize weapons to be planted first. that should help a lot

Theres actually a setting which makes you plant weapons first, its enabled by default

First of all, I'm glad to say that I've been watching your videos for a whole month(been playing brotato following your steps). Keep up the good content and one advice I want to give you, prioritize weapon seeds when planting, and don't rely too much on your pets for farming.

I'm not really sure if this plan actually made any sense 😅 I sort of see what you were going for, but if you get _any_ exp from the weapons, then it's worth it to plant, water, and harvest them ASAP instead of wasting time. The les enemies you kill, the less money and xp you'll get because your weapons are such a low level for no real benefit.

Kills don't give XP, only gold. Farming and Fishing give XP, but farming is incredibly slow, meaning it'S kind of pointless to focus on it unless someone buffs up growth speed a ton over fishing, which I think kinda goes against the character. It can be done, but fishing makes more sense to me.

@@DexTag oh yeah no for sure, I was just thinking more gold can help a little bit, but more than that by killing more enemies you don't have to be so slow or reticent to move around to new fishing and mining spots. And realistically it will take you literally a couple seconds to water everything and because it takes a long time to grow it means you only have to water everything once in a blue moon. I get not focussing on the farming but it's more like you were actively avoiding it instead lol 😅 And I guess I'm only making conjecture based on optimization because ultimately what you were doing was working for you so 🤷‍♂️

Honestly your strategy makes very little sense to me. Your crops grow super slow, play like normal and you'll be able to afford far more seeds than you can use in a day, keep watering and planting whenever possibble to level your weapons ASAP and then once they're maxed just don;t go through the field. Remember harvesting a crop and replanting does not change your character bonus amounts your getting and it's fairly hard to harvest and mine/fish at the same time. All your really losing is the time to grab and replant, but if that time makes you stronger vs the enemies so you can mine and fish more easily it's a net positive.

This character wouldn't probably be as bad if the pets weren't so garbage. Or maybe the weapons really got nerfed with that minus crit damage and rate.

yeah I feel the animal skins, since you have to purchase them with the gems, should come with AI/stat changes instead of just cosmetic - say the elephant has a bigger range/capacity but moves slower vs salamander doesn't stop moving but has half the default capacity, the hamster goes for apples instead of money but is either slow or you only get 50% of the benefit, the penguin.... uhhh... uses fish bones to make bone meal increasing crop yield? idk but you get the idea lol
