25 Minute Barre-Inspired Mini Band Lower Body Workout

Grab a mini band, a sturdy chair, and a mat if you're doing this barefoot. We will be standing the entire workout, so the mat is optional. This barre-inspired lower body workout is 24 minutes of non-stop work! We have 19 different exercises. Every exercise will be performed for one minute each. After the minute is up, we will hold an isometric pulse/pose for 15 seconds as a baRECOVERY. During that 15 second "recovery", look in the upper left-hand corner for the next exercise. I will also walk you through it verbally as well. If you need to take a break or ditch the miniband, do it! This is your workout and you control the intensity. It will become progressively more challenging as the time increases. Try to keep tension on your mini band throughout the workout or you may find that it rolls up on you (which is more annoying than anything). Also, make sure your mini band is the appropriate resistance. Mine is rather light that's why you see it roll up on me a few times during this workout. Let's barre so hard my friends : )

I don't know why I didn't comment earlier (cause this is NOT my first time with this workout lol) - this is awesome. Love the format as well (60 sec per exercise + 15 secs iso pulse). Actually I love all of your Pilates/Barre mini-band, ball, and ankle weights workout and often include them in my rotations. Hope you'll have inspiration for many more awesome workouts! :-)

So sorry about that! I must have missed this one when KZread changed the ads last year! It is fixed now so there should be no ads during the workout. I never want that to happen! 😍😍 Came out a little too late for today’s workout but this looks amazing and can’t wait!! I will probably end up doing anyway! 🤣 UPDATE: Did it anyway - after my 60 minute Full Body Strength workout! This was amazing just like I thought it would be and I am in a puddle of my own sweat too!! 💦 💗 Used a medium resistance booty band 🔥 Wooo! Thanks girl! Also, the music was spot on! 😉

Thank you! Love your band workouts. One question - how do your hips abduct so far? I feel like I’m going to mess up my knees if I push my hips out more than an inch or two.

The range of motion is really dependent on the individual! If needed reduce the range of motion. It could be due to anatomy/mobility or it could be because your band is super heavy! Either way reduce the range of motion. You will still be targeting the intended muscle groups! Let me know if this makes sense ❤️
