I couldn’t do many of the moves, but I loved myself the whole time. I’ve been working on my self talk for the last couple years, and today was one of those big moments where I noticed that it’s working when my brain automatically thought “wow this is a good workout” when I couldn’t do a move, in place of the frustration or negative self-talk that used to be there 24/7. Feels good today. :) If you’re on this journey too, taking the first step, or thinking about it: keep going. It’s worth it. It’s a journey of ups and downs, but in these moments it really feels worth it. ❤

It helped me to read this , Im still working on the self talk so I would be frustrated at myself for not being able to do some of the moves or keep up but reading this made me feel more okay about it and that I can work on it slowly

Nicole is like having your very own personal instructor . Having ADHD my attention diverts everywhere otherthan where it needs to be but with Nicole it’s like it’s made for people like me. She instructs slowly so you completely understand and stay focused . Love her !!!! Thank you so much Nicole 🎉

I also have adhd and I agree! yoga can really help our nervous systems I think Nicole and her videos do a great job at that. I recommend checking out Caren Magil for adhd tips, she's big into yoga!

I’ve been doing your workouts ever since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. And I haven’t found a better channel. I love the diversity of simple mat workouts and those with props. I love new exercises and I love the execution of the video. You explain everything so well and I find myself thinking of those tips whenever I workout without a video. Loved this! I’ve been following your yoga workouts for a while now and while I love them, they weren’t really challenging me anymore (shows how your videos have made me stronger). But this was perfect! I was surprised at myself for keeping up - probably because the prospect of doing this couple years back would have scared me. Loved it, made me sweat and feel energised. Your videos have been the reason I quit the gym following the pandemic for good! I have been following you weekly since the start of the pandemic. Recently I discovered this yoga video wow! You are better than the classes near me! Since the pandemic many yoga studios didn’t recover and we have few around me now. I live in a major city. Could you pleeeease put more of these out. Dear Nicole! I did this exercise this morning, it was great. But what was even more impressive to me is the fabulous background and your complete appearance. I've never seen one of them so beautiful, it fits a picturesque picture! This provided me with a powerful extra experience in addition to the movement, I could hardly get enough of the sight. ❤

I was about to do one of your workouts, when this one came up. No question, I pressed play.... wow that was challenging yet I feel calm from all the focus. I was amazed that most of the postures I managed way better than I thought. Only my arms became quite tired after the upwards facing dogs. Great great workout.

This was sooo much fun! Love how you could see your "end-of-video-snap" when the video faded out, haha! I'm super sweaty and happy - what a fun flow! Did this after your 25min full body and a 10 min hiit dance cardio and my sweat ran down my face and all over, soo satisfying! :D I didn't even realize how similar we outro our classes until now. Well, this is also only the second yoga video I do with you, I usually do Pilates with you. You inspire me to go out, follow my heart and get my pilates certificaiton as well. Might take a few drills from this class to torture my class on tuesday in the best way, haha! 😍😍
