31 is still really young!

Another pro tip for anti-aging skincare: Pat your lotions and serums into your face, don't rub or tug. Around the eye area, pat with your ring finger (your ring finger usually isn't as able to exert as much pressure as your pointer finger) Rubbing pulls at your skin too much.

I also cut my hair and got a it straightened. People tell my I look like I am 20 again! One of the best decisions ever.

You can wipe with alcohol each time and change every 2-3 uses! Dont do it once a week like she does In the video. Once every 3 weeks is enough for your skin!

Im 47 and pass for mid to late 20's...so for me 40's has been great. I don't even wear makeup. Confidence is a booster, in my opinion. Looking forward to my 50's.

What are sponge are you using to remove your makeup?

Full brows sometime make u look heavy and shady. For me it looks more scary then beautiful. i prefer your natural brows, it is already beautiful.
