this was a very emotional video for me to film. thinking about the trajectory of our toxic obsession with beauty and how it will effect our children in the future, horrifies me. i hope that bringing light to this very important topic will open up the conversation about how we perceive beauty and how we can teach our children to love and accept themselves for everything they already are

I love this new you. I broke my ankle in two places and walk with a limp. But I am thankful for whatever health I have now and feel a renewed love for my body and now see the beauty in my body. Thank you for celebrating every body!
