The setup is still in its infancy and it doesn’t convey the style a prospective buyer of something worth £22m would be attracted to. Kids who dream might enjoy watching it I guess...

This mansion is built to perfection, inside and out. From the beautiful intricate staircase, the white kitchen, n frosted glass doors on the cabinets. I hate kitchen cabinet doors with see through glass or open shelves. Then you have the indoor pool. All my style. Love it.

@@user-jt1jv8vl9r the plants used are very expensive, yew hedges and boxwood , professional lawn and in the back you have that beautiful formal garden ! So you do get a beautiful landscape, not 100% but still beautiful!

Imagine take ur dogs or cats out, and having a fresh air. And then having a tea. 😭😭 MY DREAM!!

Such a nice place it looks nice and homely it's nice to see a property that looks good and it's not been over done with the decor and furniture good video

Jeez. European properties look marvelous and exquisite with its simplicity. 👀

Beautiful house overlooking Sunningdale Golf Club at the end of Titlarks Hill. Just driven by it today; it's now sold and renamed with a Chinese name, so obviously a Chinese or Taiwanese buyer. Lucky man, but just think of the yearly upkeep. Some £250k I would guess for housekeeping, gardening and all the maintenance and heating bills!

no, thats a historic stately home on hundreds of acres, this is a large suburban house on 2 acres, and a new build. cant find where they shot it online but theres a fair few around, usually around 10x the size of this:)

1:28 is this seriously the main kitchen? In a property this size why is the kitchen so tiny? The adjoining formal dining room is about 3 times the size. If you have room for an indoor swimming pool you have room for a kitchen that doesn't look like it belongs in a 2 bed apartment. Such a pity because the kitchen design is lovely, just way too small.

If by American you mean Georgian architecture that originated in England but was widely copied in the colonies, then revived in in the 19th century as Georgian revival, then yes, very American :)

@@imemine7 Georgian architecture in England partially drew influences from ancient Greek, Roman, Italian architecture to name a few. Particularly in roofing parapet detailing and window pediments... Not original to England either. This style in America adopted the double height doric columns in porch details, again from ancient Greece public buildings. Present day American Revival would be a correct statement by James. England a colony of Rome?

@@markhill1471 Yes, I am aware of the classical influences in Georgian architecture, a result of the rise in popularity in the 'continental tour' as part of an architects education and more general rise in interest of antiquities at this time, I believe. But the style as a whole originated in England - to call an English house 'very American' because it exhibits a Georgian style of architecture is not only silly, but demonstrates the sort of ignorant parochialism that is expected of Americans.

Particularly with parts of the facade rendered white as alternative the stone or brick construction construction in English Georgian. I'm not American so your view of Americans does not bother me. But a generalization I think.

Something is missing. It has no soul. Also if you are building a pool make it a proper lap pool.
